NeatTools is a software application which allows users to create data flow networks. Combined with MindTel's TNG-3, NeatTools provides the ability to manipulate any input (a resistance or a voltage of 0-5 volts) and interpret that input as a command that the computer understands. For example, the system (sensors, TNG-3, and NeatTools) could monitor muscle activity and use that information to control the mouse, generate text, surf the web, play music, etc...
