Allows the user to play sega games via Neattools.
Details
With this file, TNG2 and/or TNG3 can be used for up to four channels (up, down, left and right) via the COM port. The output is then sent from NeatTools to the LPT (printer) port. The yellow sliders are used to display the data and the blue sliders set the threshold.

More Details
Opteoisolators can be used to act as switches that respond to data flow from the parallel port via the 25-pin cable. This data can turn on and off switches in the game controller circuit.
