The MIDIOUT1.NTL is a on-screen piano showing a demonstration of the MIDI and the different sounds and variations that can be performed. The piano is run based on a timer of 200 milliseconds.

The 200ms timer 'runs' the piano by timing the striking of each particular key to produce the given melody. The blue sliders underneath allows one to change the pressure, balance, pan, and pitch.

The timer can be changed by right-clicking on it to get to its properties. Changing the time changes the speed of the melody. The properties of the MIDIOUT can be adjusted by right-clicking on it to adjust to a particular sound system on a machine.
